Life Plan

Saint Carlo Acutis was so genuinely attracted to God, that he did not let anything else distract him from complete surrender to Him. He liked video games, but he limited them because he liked God more. He liked computer programming, and instead of using this gift to make money, he built a website before websites were easy to make and filled it with Eucharistic Miracles because he believed in the power of the Eucharist.

You see, to Carlo, the Eucharist wasn't just the true presence of God hidden beneath the appearance of bread. It was an invitation into a living friendship with Jesus Christ. He often called the Eucharist his "highway to Heaven" because he understood that God was not distant, but waiting for him every day.

Carlo's life was not extraordinary because of fame, wealth, or success. It was extraordinary because he made a simple plan and followed it faithfully: daily Mass whenever possible, prayer, devotion to Our Lady, frequent confession, acts of charity, and a sincere desire to stay close to Jesus.
